Return Process

  Contact our support team or visit our online returns portal with your order number and proof of purchase to start the RMA process.

  Prepare the Equipment

  Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all chargers, manuals, and tools included; items must be in like-new condition to qualify.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location for secure transport to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
